Ongoing Membership
Continued care, without the meter running.
Membership is an ongoing relationship with your provider — not a subscription to medications. It includes personalized treatment planning, direct secure messaging, medication and prescription coordination, lab interpretation, treatment adjustments, follow-up care, and thoughtful guidance between appointments.
One membership supports the full breadth of care — hormone therapy, peptides, GLP-1 and weight management, metabolic optimization, sexual health, longevity, and the everyday medical concerns that come up along the way.

Everyday Convenience Care
A trusted provider for life's smaller medical moments.
Beyond your specialized care, membership includes access for many common, uncomplicated concerns — the kinds of issues that would otherwise mean an urgent care trip or a wait for a primary care opening.
Examples include urinary tract infections, yeast infections, pink eye, cold sores, motion sickness, seasonal allergies, minor rashes, and similar routine conditions that can often be evaluated and treated virtually.

A limited number of founding memberships are available to early members at a reduced lifetime rate.
A Note on Medications
Medication costs are not included in the membership. When prescriptions are clinically appropriate, they are coordinated through a trusted pharmacy partner and paid directly to the pharmacy.
Laboratory testing, imaging, supplements, and outside specialist services are likewise billed separately when applicable — always with transparent, upfront pricing and no profit for the practice.

Rather than growing into a high-volume practice, membership will remain intentionally limited to preserve the level of access, responsiveness, and personalized care every member deserves.
